A Fire Hose to Water Plants?

Sometimes brilliant ideas can fade into obscure outcomes.  The key topic of this blog is expressed in its title and elaborated in my first post. Read it if you would like to find out the reasons behind it.

Summing up the key ideas (in case you don't have time to read my first post). This blog's objective is to keep track and share those designed solutions that have caught my eye for its positive or negative outcomes. I aim to accomplish three goals:
  • First, with the help of candid snapshots, I will elaborate on some thoughts about design and the unexpected uses of ideas, products and services many of us are exposed to in our daily lives
  • Secondly, I will explore unorthodox applications of design thinking to quotidian social situations
  • Last but not least, I look forward to analyze and discuss the positive or negative influences some designs might be having in [m(y]our) world

I agree we (might) disagree.  This space is my professional diary. It is intended to help me get inspired while learning and putting into practice the terminology, methods, and frameworks around design research. I hope you find it uplifting too. Although I have started this blog as a personal scrapbook of ideas, feel free to comment on the posts. It is always good to have a sounding board. I believe a good discussion can be enriching as long as we do not get caught into a vicious spiral and we always have a civilized exit route. Thanks for stopping by!
